Where are my tickets?
Use Find my tickets below. Enter the same email used for the purchase or voucher delivery. We will email the existing secure ticket links; no duplicate vouchers are created.
How do I print vouchers?
Open your secure ticket link and select Print individual vouchers. Each voucher prints separately with its own box-office QR code.
Can I share only some tickets?
Open your tickets, select Send some tickets to someone else, choose any quantity, and create a separate link. Those tickets move to the new link and are not duplicated.
When should I redeem my vouchers?
Redeem vouchers at the Cable Dahmer Arena box office no less than one hour before your chosen performance. You may redeem them on an earlier day.
When does the VIP Experience open?
Thursday and Friday at 5:30 PM; Saturday at 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM; Sunday at 11:30 AM. Use the southwest entrance reserved for VIP Experience guests only.
